Need a Business Permit?
How to apply -
Generally, the application process only a few minutes, but the process depends on the business activity.  The prospective applicant should be able to leave with a business license on the same day.

What you will need to bring with you:

    • A copy of government-issued photo identification or passport.

    • You business tax-id

    • All regulatory permits issued by the State of Indiana.

    • Social Security Number

IMPORTANT: When considering purchasing a commercial property, it is in you best interest to check with Area Plan Commission to verify the zoning of property meets your business need prior to your purchase.
